'''Effects''' - Character has a chance to determine if a Character means well or ill for them, their party or for a third party. This only determines the nature of the intentions - not the consequences nor what the character intends specifically. For example, if a Bar Tender intends to water down the Character's drink or poison it, the Character would determine this as a negative intention. If the Bar Tender, however, intends to give them a drink that they do NOT know as poisonous in thanks for their service, this would be read as Positive.

If the character has a 100% chance, they use the Ability passively and inherently, so long as they are not in combat, but only as it pertains to themselves. At any other time, the Character must actively invoke it.

On a failed roll, the Character is unsure and may not make a new attempt in regards to the target for 1 hour - in any case, they may not make a new attempt to determine the intentions of any given single action.
