Interaction - Same Stack, Related Stack, Spell Power Bonus counters Spell Power Weakness
Effects - Character receives a modifier to the saves of Spells. If it possesses a Type, it only effects spells of a certain type. If a character receives Spell Power of the same Type from multiple sources, they stack. For example, a Level 16 Necromancer has Spell Power -2 [Arcane] causing opponents to save with a -2 Penalty against their normal spells, whilst they have Spell Power -1 for Necromancy spells, combining to give their opponents a -3 to Save vs. their Necromancy Spells.
