Type - Standard Action
Requirements - Must have observed target no more than 1/2 Move away undetected for 3 rounds. May take other actions during this time providing Line of Sight is not broken.
Cost - 3 FP
Effects - After having successfully observed a target without being detected, the character is able to make a Death Attack.
Death Attack is treated as a normal attack but deals no damage. On a successful hit, the target must make a Defensive Save vs. Paralysis with a -1 penalty for every 4 levels of the attacker. On a failed save, the target is Paralyzed for 1 round for every 2 Levels the attacker has. On a Glancing Hit, they are Stunned instead for half as long. If the attack is a Critical Hit, Back Stab or Sneak Attack, it generates 1 point more Severity but Severity cannot be spent on direct damage.
