Granted by class, race, tags, etc.

These include all manner of active abilities the character can use. It can sometimes be spell-like abilities. A special ability's uses per day (or other time), charges, means of recharging and so forth will usually be described on whatever is tagged for the Ability.


Type describes what type of action is required (move, standard, etc.) Requirement describes whats needed to use the action in advance Cost is payment for the action
