Distinct but related to Line of Sight, Line of Access represents a characters ability to access a character by any means. If a character surrounds themselves with a wall of iron, their line of access to most characters is lost - but not to a ghost. A fighter with a sword has no line of access to a dragon - but a ranger with a bow does!
