Scroll Use [Type]

Interaction - Highest, Different

Effects - Character is able to write Scrolls, providing they are of any Types listed - if no Type is listed, all Scrolls can be used if read. If a Level is listed, this is the Character's effective Level for purposes of crafting a Scroll - they cannot craft Scrolls for Spells that require a higher level than this to know. The Character must know a Spell if they intend to write it.
