Effects - Character is able to use Magical Items that have a certain Magical Item Use Type requirement. For instance, Magic Item Use [Arcane] allows a character to use all Arcane Wands, Rods and Staves whilst Magic Item Use [Crystal Ball] allows a character to Scry using Crystal Balls.
