Formations require a minimum number of members to work, regardless of their size, to allow them to function. If any member is more than two size categories larger or smaller than the majority, they do not count towards the formation.

Individual groups of characters and formations with a minimum number of members can perform these formations.

Formations must move at the speed of the slowest member or are broken.

include Shield Wall (minimum 2), Pike Hedge (minimum 2), Tortoise Formation (minimum 2)

Work out Schiltron formation (nullifies Flanking bonus unless the circle is broken, minimum 4. Not very mobile)

work out Wedge formation (group overrun, minimum 3)

Phalanx = Shield Wall/Pike Hedge

Tercio? Pike Square?
