Magic Item Use [Type]
Interaction - Different
Effects - Character is able to use Magical Items that have a certain Magical Item Use Type requirement. For instance, Magic Item Use [Arcane] allows a character to use all Arcane Wands, Rods and Staves whilst Magic Item Use [Crystal Ball] allows a character to Scry using Crystal Balls. If a Level is listed, this is the Level the Character is considered to be for purposes of any Level-derived effects.
