Battle Scarred
Interaction - Same, Different
Effects - Character is considered to have Age Counter [To-Hit, Health, Vitality, Strength, Constitution, Dexterity, Movement penalty] and gains a number of points to spend based on the number listed before Type. If no number is listed, they gain points by whatever means is listed for the cause of the Tag - for instance, a Fighter gains Battle Scarred points at 1st Level and every 5 Levels.
