Effects - Character possesses a Special Ability that they can use. This may be active, passive or a spell-like ability.

An Ability may have a finite number of uses per day or other time limit - if so, it is listed as Ability [Name, x/day]. If it an Ability has Charges, it is listed as Ability [Name, x charges]. If the Ability possesses charges that can be recharged, it will be listed as Ability [Name, x charges*]. Below whatever contains the Ability, an asterisk will describe how the Ability is recharged.

If an ability requires the use of another ability or a character to be equipped with an item, it will be defined as Ability [Name - Using X].
