Aura [Type Penalty] for [Type]
Interaction - Highest, Different, Aura [Type Bonus] Counters Aura [Type Penalty] and vice versa
Effects - All Characters within the area listed for a Hostile Aura suffer a penalty to any Types listed as penalties, if they have a certain Type.
For example, Aura I [To Hit Penalty] for [Evil - 10 foot radius] causes all Evil Characters within the area to suffer a -1 To Hit penalty or to any characters who are NOT Evil but have equipment with that Type, such as Intelligent Magic Weapons, if they inside the area of the Aura.
Unless specifically stated, an Aura effects all targets within range. If the Type listed is Hostile, it only effects Hostile targets in range - if the Type listed is Friendly, it only effects Friendly targets in range.
If a Character is effected by both Aura a [Type Bonus] and [Type Penalty] Aura that have the same Type (such as a To-Hit bonus and a To-Hit penalty) these counter each other, leaving only the highest remaining Aura effect. For example, if a Character is effected by Aura II [AC Penalty] for [Good - 10 foot radius] and Aura III [AC Bonus] for [Good - 10 foot radius], they receive a +1 AC bonus.
If a character is exposed to the same Aura but multiple levels of it, they receive only the highest level of it. If a character is exposed to Auras of different types, these DO stack.
