Range

point blank range depends on the weapons normal range and on the weapons type. So Bows and Throwing and Crossbows all have different Point Blank range sets, akin to how extreme range is +1/3 long range. Extreme Long Range is available for everyone now.

Beyond Extreme Long Range, attacks suffer -5 to-hit per Range Interger (equal to 1/2 Short Range). So for a weapon with 60 yard short range, Extreme Long Range is 240 yards away for -10 to hit. 270 yards away suffers -15 (-10 + -5) and then 270-300 yards suffers -20, then it'd be -25 and so on.
