Effects - Character is able to use scrolls they are able to read, providing they are of any Types listed - if no Type is listed, all Scrolls can be used if read. If a Level is listed, this is the Character's effective Level for purposes of casting a spell from them.

If the Character is the Level the Scroll has been Scribed at or greater, they may cast with a 100% chance of success. For every Level the character possesses below the Level the Scroll is Scribed at, decrease chance of Success by 5%. For example, a 1st Level Wizard obtains a 9th Level Spell Scroll with Wish on it. It is Scribed at 18th Level (1 level higher than required to cast it) meaning there are 17 Levels between the Scroll and the Reader. This means there is a 15% chance of successfully casting the spell.

If a percentage chance is listed, the character has a chance of Success equal to this value instead, regardless of Level difference or meeting of Level requirements.
