Effects - Character is able to use Hide in Shadows and Move Silently, but is experienced primarily in natural settings. The character suffers a -50% penalty to these Special Skills whilst not in a natural setting. A cave, a crumbling temple, an overgrown dungeon or an agrarian hamlet or village is considered a a natural setting for purposes of this. Semi-natural settings, such as rural towns and keeps on the frontiers of civilization impose only a -25% penalty.
