Effects - When working alone or with other Stealthy characters, Surprise Chance is increased by 1 per level of Stealthy. This benefit is lost if any opponent within 90 feet is aware of the character, if the character is accompanied by visible characters within 90 feet who lack Stealthy (unless they are concealed by other means such as Silence, Hide in Shadows, Invisibility or Move Silently) or if the character is wearing Heavy Armour or greater.
